本規約は、US Bid Center Co., Ltd.（以下「当社」）が運営する米軍入札センター（usbidcenter.jp、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。
本サービスにおいて、利用登録を希望される方は、本規約に同意の上、当社の定める方法によって利用登録を申請するものとします。当社は、利用登録の申請者に以下の事由があると判断した場合、登録を承認しないことがあります。
本サービスは以下を提供します。
ユーザーは、本サービスの有料部分の対価として、当社が別途定める料金をお支払いいただきます。料金体系および支払方法は、サービス・料金ページに記載のとおりとします。サブスクリプションプランについては、解約手続きを行わない限り、自動更新されるものとします。
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
当社は、本サービスで提供される入札情報・落札情報・市場分析等の正確性に最大限努めますが、その完全性・最新性・正確性を保証するものではありません。最終的な入札判断・契約判断はユーザー自身の責任において行うものとします。
当社の債務不履行責任は、当社の故意または重過失によらない場合は免責されるものとします。当社は、本サービスに関してユーザーが被った損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとします。これによりユーザーに損害が生じた場合でも、当社は責任を負わないものとします。
本サービスの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
当社は必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく、いつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

We are exempt from non-performance liability except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the Service except in such cases.
We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from such changes or suspension.
Personal information collected via the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes arising in relation to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
We may change these Terms at any time without notice when we deem necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
